Service Description

Crosby Coaching, LLC provides Special Education Consulting services to support families, schools, and organizations in navigating the special education process with clarity, collaboration, and a student-centered focus. Grounded in professional experience as a certified special educator, Crosby Coaching partners with stakeholders to strengthen IEP and 504 planning, improve communication between families and school teams, and ensure scholars receive appropriate supports and accommodations aligned with their individual needs. Services are delivered through a strengths-based, culturally responsive, and solution-focused approach that prioritizes academic progress, emotional well-being, and long-term success. Consulting may include IEP and 504 plan review, parent advocacy and preparation, collaboration with educators and administrators, progress monitoring, behavioral and social-emotional support planning, and transition support across educational settings.
