Refund Policy Disclaimer

All coaching services, programs, sessions, and products offered by Crosby Coaching, LLC are provided on a professional, personalized basis. Due to the nature of coaching and the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to each client, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

By purchasing or enrolling in any services or programs offered by Crosby Coaching, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Crosby Coaching, LLC. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to marcuscrosby@crosbycoaching.net, and any approvals will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Crosby Coaching, LLC is not responsible for any financial, personal, or professional outcomes resulting from participation in coaching services or programs. All clients are encouraged to review service descriptions, session details, and policies prior to enrollment or purchase.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Crosby Coaching, LLC, we value your time and commitment to personal growth. All coaching services and sessions are designed to provide individualized support and guidance.

Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the full session fee. No-shows for scheduled sessions will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of coaching sessions, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Crosby Coaching, LLC. Clients are encouraged to review session details and policies prior to booking.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule while honoring the 24-hour notice policy.

By booking or paying for a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. These policies ensure fairness, consistency, and respect for both your time and the time of your coach.
